Fraser has built a career at the interface between R&D and technology commercialisation.  Early in his career Fraser spent four years on the Business Manager team at Technology New Zealand.

Fraser was responsible for due diligence and targeting high value intellectual property across a range of sectors.  During his time with Technology New Zealand, Fraser facilitated investment of over $30m into a wide range of private sector companies, including a number of agri-tech opportunities.

In 2007, Fraser established ProvisionBox by developing intellectual property for an unattended retail technology that boosts revenue generation on unattended petrol forecourts.

In 2009, Fraser became Commercial Manager for WaikatoLink, an organisation responsible for commercialisation of intellectual property arising from Universities, Crown Research Institutes and the private sector.

Recently, Fraser has performed a role in Business Development for Aldera Animal Health, a New Zealand Animal Health Company pursuing opportunities arising from New Zealand and US research and diagnostic platforms. He continues to consult to this company.

Fraser has an MSc in Biology, from the University of Waikato. Fraser's interests include fishing, diving, and travelling with his family.

Matt Yallop has worked with many of New Zealand’s most promising technology firms facilitating more than $60m of investment into technology since 2004.

From 2008 as GM of a technology company, Matt progressed global self-service opportunities with large corporate clients in fast food. From 2006 Matt built an innovative retail company using unique-to-NZ technology with his partner from ground up through to exit.

In the past, Matt managed operations in a non-profit with up to 50 staff, coordinating 3700 volunteers and raising more than $3m via relationship management.

Prior to this, Matt was a Geotechnical Geologist responsible for underground stability for the third largest gold producing mine in Australia.  Matt concurrently captained the mines rescue team as a volunteer.

Matt is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, holds a BSc and Postgraduate Diploma Business Administration from The University of Auckland.

Matt's interests are surf lifesaving, social capital, sailing and hiking with his family.  In late 2012 Matt spent two months studying growth strategies for technology firms in Iceland, meeting many investors, founders and the President of Iceland.
